We’re always growing.

Growth isn’t optional — It’s the work of being human.
And the more consciously we do it, the better our lives, our work, and our world become.

Why I Do This Work

I believe life is a steady stream of learning experiences. Some arrive with great drama. Others unfold quietly. Along the way, we gather new insights, shed old stories, and grow into the leaders and humans we’re meant to be.

My mission is to help leaders and organizations embrace mindful growth and create meaningful, strategic impact — leading and living more consciously in a rapidly changing world. I guide people to grow through challenge, lead with clarity and compassion, and create systems where human flourishing and sustainable success go hand in hand.

My Journey

From Constant Motion to Conscious Presence

Rooted in Change

Rooted in Change

Growing up in an Air Force family, I moved nearly every year. I learned to adapt quickly, connect deeply, and understand the importance of belonging — not just as a concept, but as a longing. That quiet ache to feel a part of something led me to theater and remains a thread that runs through my work today. We all long to belong.

Presence and Performance

My first career was on stage — I performed off-Broadway, in film and on TV, and helped found a successful theater company. Theater taught me the art of presence, deep listening, and courageous expression. It also showed me the power of ensemble — working in deep collaboration, where every role matters.

Leadership 360

Leadership 360

In my corporate career, I led teams, built partnerships, and drove innovation in fast-paced environments. At the same time, I was raising a family — navigating the constant tension between showing up fully at work and being fully present at home. What mattered most? Creating cultures where performance and well-being could thrive — in leadership and in life. That realization led me to evolve my career toward developing people and organizations.

Still Point to Turning Point

A season of personal loss, emotional challenge, and a health crisis brought me to a painful halt. Losing a loved one — and parts of myself — made me appreciate the fullness available in each and every moment, if we can tune into it. Mindfulness and neuroscience-based practices helped restore calm and clarity amidst uncertainty — and rekindled joy and creativity in the midst of change. That experience deepened my calling to help others discover those same resources within themselves.

Integrating the Whole

Integrating the Whole

Today, all of these experiences — moving, performing, leading, parenting, loving, losing — fuse together in service of my clients. I bring both strategy and soul, helping them own the moment and shape the future they most want to experience.

My Unique Approach

I bring a multidimensional approach to leadership — combining corporate strategy, academic insight, and the inner work of personal transformation. Grounded in research and real-world results, my work is always centered on people. I don’t just coach performance — I coach the whole person, within the system they’re leading.

I see businesses as dynamic ecosystems and help leaders find leverage points that accelerate growth, strengthen culture, and unlock ability at every level. Whether we’re building a talent strategy or navigating organizational transformation, I show up with clarity, curiosity, and care.

Grow in the Flow:
My Core Philosophy

Life moves like a river — sometimes fast and forceful, sometimes still and reflective. Grow in the Flow™ is a mindful, evidence-based framework for using life’s inevitable changes as fuel for learning and growth.

It’s about meeting what’s present, extracting the wisdom, and letting go of what no longer serves. Because life, like theater, is unscripted. And the leaders who thrive are those who stay fully present, improvise wisely, and lead from what matters most.
