We’re always growing.

Growth isn’t optional. It’s the work of being human.
And the more consciously we do it, the better our lives, our work, and our world become.

Why I Do This Work

I believe life is a steady stream of learning experiences. Some arrive with great drama. Others unfold quietly. Along the way, we gather new insights, shed old stories, and grow into the leaders and humans we’re meant to be.

My mission is to help leaders and organizations embrace mindful growth and create meaningful, strategic impact — leading and living more consciously in a rapidly changing world. I guide people to grow through challenge, lead with clarity and compassion, and build systems where human flourishing and sustainable success go hand in hand.

My Journey

I’ve always lived in motion. Growing up in an Air Force family, I moved nearly every year until adulthood. Those experiences taught me how to adapt, connect quickly, and understand the importance of belonging — insights I now bring to leadership and learning work.

Before stepping into the corporate world, I spent my younger years as an actor — founding a theater company, performing off-Broadway, and appearing in film and television. It was an education in presence, courageous expression, and navigating uncertainty in real time. Theater taught me how to listen deeply, collaborate generously, and work as part of an ensemble where every role matters. I learned the discipline of rigorous preparation balanced with the agility to respond in the moment. Most of all, it showed me the power of creating meaningful experiences that move people and spark discovery — lessons that continue to shape how I coach, consult, and ease today.

As a business leader, I led teams, built client partnerships, and drove innovation in fast-paced industries where resilience was non-negotiable. I discovered my greatest fulfillment wasn’t just in driving results — it was in developing people and building cultures where both performance and well-being could thrive. That insight led me to earn my coaching certification, followed by a doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University.

A few years later, a convergence of personal losses, emotional challenges, and a health crisis led me to mindfulness and the neuroscience of resilience. I discovered firsthand how these practices could quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and anchor us in what truly matters — even in the hardest moments. That experience deepened my commitment to helping others lead and live with clarity, heart, and courage.

Today, I integrate all of these experiences — corporate leadership, adult learning, coaching, mindfulness, and theater — into my work with leaders, teams, and organizations. I believe the most impactful leadership is rooted in both purpose and presence. And that growth isn’t a one-time event — it’s a way of being.

My Unique Approach

I bring a multidimensional approach to leadership — combining corporate strategy, academic insight, and the inner work of personal transformation. Grounded in research and real-world results, my work is always centered on people. I don’t just coach performance — I coach the whole person, within the system they’re leading.

I see businesses as dynamic ecosystems and help leaders find leverage points that accelerate growth, strengthen culture, and unlock ability at every level. Whether we’re building a talent strategy or navigating organizational transformation, I show up with clarity, curiosity, and care.

Grow in the Flow™: My Core Philosophy

Life moves like a river — sometimes fast and forceful, sometimes still and reflective. Grow in the Flow™ is a mindful, evidence-based framework for using life’s inevitable changes as fuel for learning and growth.

It’s about meeting what’s present, extracting the wisdom, and letting go of what no longer serves. Because life, like theater, is unscripted. And the leaders who thrive are those who stay fully present, improvise wisely, and stay grounded in what matters.
